Delcam has performed a series of benchmark tests comparing PowerMILL 10 against PowerMILL 5.5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. Tests focused on two parts – an automotive light cluster and a large press die. Strategies tested included: - Area clearance

Results show that toolpath calculation improvements of up to 2½ times are possible with PowerMILL 10 compared with earlier versions on a multi-core PC.
